I booked this company based on their reviews, but unfortunately my experience didn’t reflect that at all. None of the stains were removed, and when I asked for a reassessment, I was told I would need to pay an additional fee just for them to return and review the issue. I contacted the carpet manufacturer directly, who confirmed that professional cleaners should be able to assess the material correctly and use appropriate products. This made the outcome even more disappointing. Overall, I found the service ineffective and the follow-up support lacking. I would not recommend.Posted on Google

Would not recommend He was friendly and polite. He was an hour late due to traffic so no foul there. However, when I turned my back he emptied his cleaner water in my kitchen sink which was disgusting to clean up. He flushed my toilet bowl cleaner down the toilet and a week after cleaning my carpet when I vacuumed it’s as if he never cleaned it. He also didn’t clean behind my bedroom furniture which was literally a bed and clothing rack. I’m sorry I would not recommend.
