It is our top priority to ensure that we do not cause any damage to your home, however sometimes accidents do happen. If something is damaged we will make every effort to repair or have the item replaced.

Our fully trained carpet and upholstery cleaning experts who are fully insured they have been through background checks and a strict selection process. Each expert has graduated from an advanced training course in professional carpet and upholstery cleaning, expert stain removal and leather cleaning so you will get the best results every time.
We suggest that you move small objects, lamps, ornaments, side tables etc. We will move most of the furniture sofas, chairs, tables etc as we work. Large items of heavy furniture, bookcases, entrainment centre’s we work around. Because of health and safety reasons our experts do have the right not to move any pieces of furniture or household object they do not feel comfortable with.
Carpet and upholstery are complicated surfaces. The type of fibre and manufacture are factors to consider therefore it is difficult to predict the drying time as humidity and airflow are also factors to take into account. We will leave your carpets and upholstery as dry as possible, however for your carpets and upholstery to be completely dry we’d say no longer than 4-6 hours. If you do need your carpets and upholstery dried sooner, please let our expert know and he will use the appropriate cleaning system.
You can walk on your carpet immediately but it is recommended that you limit traffic until completely dry.
Yes. The products that we use are entirely safe and child/pet friendly. We have material safety data sheets on all products that we use.
Again, all the products that we will use are child and pet friendly. Pets and children are completely safe, although we do recommend that they are kept away from carpets and furnishings until they are completely dry.

Your carpets and upholstery does a valuable job by acting as a filter, trapping air pollutants like pollen, chemicals, tars, bacteria, fungi, cigarette smoke, and residues. Carpets and upholstery can become heavily infested with dust mites whose droppings can trigger asthma attacks. All these pollutants should be removed with regular professional cleaning.
No, the dirt acts as an abrasive when trapped in your carpets and upholstery and should be removed to reduce wear, and so that they stay cleaner for longer.
Yes, our company as well as carpet manufacturers highly recommend that you reapply a protector after professional cleaning to restore the original stain resistance. Many manufacturers even require fabric protection as part of the warranty on the carpet.

I booked this company based on their reviews, but unfortunately my experience didn’t reflect that at all. None of the stains were removed, and when I asked for a reassessment, I was told I would need to pay an additional fee just for them to return and review the issue. I contacted the carpet manufacturer directly, who confirmed that professional cleaners should be able to assess the material correctly and use appropriate products. This made the outcome even more disappointing. Overall, I found the service ineffective and the follow-up support lacking. I would not recommend.Posted on Google
