I booked this company based on their reviews, but unfortunately my experience didn’t reflect that at all. None of the stains were removed, and when I asked for a reassessment, I was told I would need to pay an additional fee just for them to return and review the issue. I contacted the carpet manufacturer directly, who confirmed that professional cleaners should be able to assess the material correctly and use appropriate products. Communication & booking was very fast. Price for our L-shaped sofa (with pet stains/odour) was very reasonable. On the day of cleaning, Mehmet was great!
